Terms

WE/Us refers to the HalloweenPropShop.com web site.

You/Your refers to the entity that wishes to rent advertising space.

1. We will place your banner ad in the position you pay for during  the defined advertising period at the negotiated advertising rate.
   
   We are a home haunt, we would rather trade for a great prop than get money!
    

2. Payment for an advertising period must be made, in full, at least fourteen days (14 days) prior to the beginning of said advertising period.
    

3. Advertising periods are defined as 12:01 A.M. Monday through 11:59 P.M. Friday.
    

4. We are not responsible for downtime beyond our control and no refunds will be given.  Examples of down times beyond our control include but are not limited to, internet disruptions and/or web servers on which HalloweenPropShop.com reside being unavailable for any reason.
    

5. 12:01 A.M. Saturday through 11:59 P.M. Sunday, of same paid advertising period, will be provided at no charge as sole compensation for any downtime that may or may not occur during the, just completed paid advertising period.
    

6. Suspected downtimes must be reported to the HalloweenPropShop.com for verification during said downtime.
    

7. You must supply all art work which may be no larger than 50K bits in file storage size as reported by Microsoft Windows Explorer®.
    

8. Maximum graphic dimensions allowed will be determined by the location rented.
    

9. You acknowledge that you have tested this site for necessary resolutions and internet browsers compatibility and find it acceptable at the time of advertising .  This site is optimized for a screen width resolution of 1024 and the appearance may change drastically in other resolutions or when using internet browsing software other than Microsoft Internet Explorer®.
    

10. You understand that there are multiple advertising spaces available and that your direct competitors may rent these spaces at any point in time.
     

11. You acknowledge that advertising on the HalloweenPropShop.com web site will not guarantee an increase in traffic or an increase of sales for your web site.
     

12. You reserve the right to pull your banner ad(s) without reason and agree to forfeit any and all payments made to date.
     

13. All banners to be used during the advertising period must be submitted for approval a minimum of twenty-one days (21 days) prior to rental agreement being accepted.
