If you have not built any homemade Halloween props then this is a great place to start.  Each section of fence will be approximately 6 feet wide and 30" high.  This allows you store it fairly easily and in a small space.

I would recommend that you determine where you want to install the fence and then measure out the linear length.  Remember, you are working in 6 foot lengths.

The vertical bars of the cemetery fence are constructed out of 1/2" schedule 40 PVC pipe painted flat black.  The black (or yellow) chain is made by cooper and is #8 size.  You will also need 1/2" or 3/8" rebar (rerod) to slide the pipe over (so pipe will stand up).  The pipe, chain, flay black paint and rebar can be found at Lowes.  The skull whistles can be found at Halloween stores, usually for .25 cents each or $30.00 a gross (144).

The tools you will need include the following:

Saw - to PVC pipe to proper lengths.  I used a pipe cutter as it does a much better job than a hand saw.

Spray Paint Can Trigger - I strongly recommend this, your index finger will thank me.

Tape Measure - If you need to ask why, have a friend build the fence for you.

Pencil or Marker - I like using Sharpe brand Black Permanent Markers with the fine tip.
