Here is the result of using IrfanView to reduce a 4
mega-pixel picture down to less than 25K.
For web viewing we think it looks so
good it is scary!
IrfanView is a wonderful program to manipulate your
picture files and is very easy to use. For
non-commercial users it is FREE, for commercial use the
price is an outrageous $12.00 USD.
I have attached a tutorial on how to take large
pictures and reduce them to a reasonable size so they can
be viewed here at the Halloween Prop Shop, or any other
web site.
IrfanView is so easy to use it is
scary!
